We had a fantastic time during our short stay at Hotel-Restaurant "Chez Carriere". The location was ideal, being inside the city walls and just a stone's throw away from the main square. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, assisting with our luggage and providing helpful recommendations. The restaurant served delicious meals, with the mussels and seabream being particularly outstanding. our experience was exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming little hotel in Aigues-Mortes. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. The room was spotless and super cozy, with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The owner was incredibly helpful, carrying our luggage to the room and even storing it for us after we checked out. The restaurant served amazing food, and the owner recommended some delicious dishes. The best part was that the parking was just a short walk away and completely free for guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cozy rooms, and friendly service.

Great New Year's Eve dinner with live music and a delicious dessert buffet. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to all the festivities. We also enjoyed the free WiFi and comfortable beds.
The room was small with no space to move around and the bathroom was cramped. It was difficult to find a place to put our luggage and we had to keep tripping over it.

The complementary pot of hot water and warm welcome upon arrival were very appreciated. The hotel's location was key, as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
The room was quite small and cramped, with limited space for movement or storage. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or fridge, making it difficult to store or prepare food on site.
